Sandra Mosqueira Caminada
Sandra supports the Cornell Lab of Ornithology in various aspects of the planning, coordination, and implementation of the Coastal Solutions Fellows Program. Sandra has a BSc in Economics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Peru and a Masters in Public Administration with a specialization in International Development and Environmental Policy from Cornell University. She has six years of professional experience working for the Government and Peruvian NGOs, as well as consulting in Colombia and Chile. Her work has focused on environmental regulation and the impact of extractive industries. She has worked for the Agency for Environmental Assessment and Enforcement, and the Ministry of Education of Peru, in which she has participated in the economic analysis of regulatory instruments and has led the First Census of Institutes of Higher Education in Peru.
