Pre-proposal Application
Interested applicants should carefully read the pre-proposal guidelines and coverpage before preparing and submitting the pre-proposal. The deadline to submit pre-proposals is March 31st, 2018.

Pre-proposals are evaluated | Selected candidates receive an invitation to submit a full proposal | Notification: May 2018 |

Pre-proposal application submission
Evaluation Criteria
After submission, pre-proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
The applicant’s experience and potential as a leader in his or her field.
Desired short-term outcomes of the project are feasible and aligned with the objectives of the Program
Potential for cross-sector collaboration
Potential impact of the project on habitat at priority coastal sites along the PAF

Next steps
The Program Staff will notify candidates on the status of their pre-proposals in May, 2018. Candidates whose pre-proposals are approved will receive an invitation to submit a full proposal. The tentative deadline for full proposals is August 2018, and the next class of Fellows will be announced in the Fall of 2018.
