Aplication process & important dates

|Final decision||Selected fellows are notified and provided with a confirmation letter||Notification: Fall 2018|
|Fellowship starts||Fellowship begins with fellows/mentors training retreat||Fellow begins: Early winter 2019|
Pre-proposal application submission
After submission, pre-proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
The applicant’s experience and potential as a leader in his or her field.
Desired short-term outcomes of the project are feasible and aligned with the objectives of the Program
Potential for cross-sector collaboration
Potential impact of the project on habitat at priority coastal sites along the PAF

The Program Staff will notify candidates on the status of their pre-proposals in May, 2018. Candidates whose pre-proposals are approved will receive an invitation to submit a full proposal. The tentative deadline for full proposals is August 2018, and the next class of Fellows will be announced in the Fall of 2018.
